Appalled is all I can say. What a disaster. Absolutely getting a refund. Missing items. Freezing yet soggy food, the only thing hot was the ketchup. My family are starving and are refusing to eat this food especially when there is grease dripping from the bag.Not forgetting how we rang multiple times and the food took 2 and a half hours to come. Never order from here
I’m still sitting here half an hour after my latest delivery time, hungry, why don’t they answer the phone? At least if I could get through I could know what’s going on, I feel as if I’m not going to receive my food. I’ve got 2 different numbers for Rosie’s. I’ve got one offline, and one from the Uber eats app. So why is no one picking up the phone? It takes 20 mins to drive here. I’ve still not received my food.
UPDATE: i cancelled my order and I’m never ordering from this place again. The owner is clearly too rude to be working in the food industry
Ordered food at 11:45 said the order was due to be delivered at 12:25. The order didn’t arrive until 2:00pm. When the delivery guy came I questioned this and he said it’s because it takes them ages to deliver as was on the other side of town. When we said it doesn’t take 2 hours to drive here (it takes 25 minutes) he then said that he gets hundreds of orders. Then asked why we’re trying to start a fight. I said we weren’t I was just questioning why it took so long. He said I could’ve contacted the restaurant, I replied saying I did, I rang them 75 times and no answer. Kept going to user busy. He then said “how can you ring 75 times?”. I showed him my phone that I did. He said I can contact the store for a refund and I asked how when no one picks up. He then said I can do it through the Uber eats app and after I said I didn’t know how he pointed to my friend and said “he knows get him to do it”. Food was okay - nothing special. Wouldn’t wait over 2 hours for this again and pay £16 for a panini and 2 hash browns. Bad customer services - always blaming the customer and never taking accountability for their poor delivery
The food is usually reasonable but the delivery is always a wait. I received a message saying the order would be later than planned then a message to say the order was on the way but after over 90 minutes the food did not arrive so I contacted the restaurant to be told my order was just coming off the grill! I then cancelled the order and requested a refund and was told no problem. They still charged me for the food I didn’t receive, terrible customer service
Took ages to come . Food was stone cold hash browns was like mush only sent 1 kids meal so now got 1 child with no food. Hallumi fries was covered in Sweet Chilli sauce which and milkshake was warm. Safe to say will never be ordering from here again. Asked for money back and just got told to go through Uber eats. Absolutely shocking
