Great ice cream shop down the sea front. Very well priced for their location and the quality of their ice-cream and other cakes.

Had 1 scoop of kinder ice cream and a pink slice and it was only about £5. My little boy was loving the wafers and when I asked if I could buy a couple they gave him some for free, lovely welcoming atmosphere and staff.

There's a great selection of ice cream and you are always able to get served quickly.

Visited this lovely shop a few times and I have to say I've had a wonderful experience everytime. The shop is so cute and quirky with a lovely selection of ice cream flavours. The girls have a lovely way about them which you can feel when you walk in the door and clearly work hard to keep the place sparkling. Definitely worth a visit...or 10

We walked in the shop and nobody greeted us upon entry. The three girls working behind the counter really looked like they didn’t want to be there and all looked like they were in moods, Not even speaking to each other. The girl had to ask a couple of times what we’d ordered bearing in mind at this point it was only one ice cream with two scoops, so not that hard. The girl was handling the ice cream cones with bare hands (no gloves) with long false nails, and her hands were visibly dirty. She didn’t wash the scoop between ice creams, so I’d ordered a white chocolate milky bar, and it had the essence of the previous customers, passionfruit, ice cream on it. Then there was a hair found in the ice cream to just top it all off. The girl, then proceeded to charge me for the ice cream containing the Hair despite having to remake it. She couldn’t have looked more unhappy if she tried. Overall a very poor experience.

Rude staff that look like they are so annoyed that you even came in. I asked for a taste of 2 flavours, they said no at first and looked at me like I am about to steal the whole tub. One scoop in a large cone - no can do???? not even offered to get it for an extra charge. Rum and raisin ice cream was absolutely awful, like it was full of sand, went straight to the bin, as a result disappointed child. You really need to learn some customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Such a lovely location and didn’t expect to find such a gem offering a big range of ice creams. Service was friendly & efficient, toasties were lovey & good portions. We still had enough space to enjoy their ice cream. Will be back again, on our next visit to the area.

Coffee was piping hot and a great latte. My son loved the bubblegum ice cream of which there were a generous 2 scoops. My other son got a make your own sundae which although was delicious was a little expensive at £7.50. Highly recommend the honeycomb, milky bar and sticky toffee fudge flavours. Staff were friendly. Will definitely return.

whilst the ice cream sundae I had was quite nice, the service was painfully slow, the tables too close together to properly admit a wheelchair or mobility scooter, The staff stood around and watched as I had to move chairs around to get my wife's scooter into the place, without lifting a finger to help, and the menus are in the sort of format that are and accessible for anybody living with a severe sight impairment. I did try to find an email address, to get in touch with the management of this place or, indeed, anyone who might own it. I could find nothing.
