Made an order for large family gathering (been using this service for many years) when Mr P was alive. Bought my chicken in day before and asked for it to be ready by 2pm next day, was not ready until 5pm! No where to park! No phone call to say they were running behind! Woman at counter has no knowledge of customer service, just a very miserable face. Even had to jokingly tell her to smile to no avail. I paid a fortune for this service which was shambolic, will never use or buy from them ever again. Didn't even want to give a rating
Sadly ever since Mr P passed away this place has gone down hill. The staff especially the female front staff are incompetent and rude. When i last was there they messed up on a large order. no surprise this is a common theme here. I witnessed two arguments of separate orders totally being wrong. These imbeciles need to be removed. Not coming back here. Sad where Mr P who worked so hard legacy went.
Quick and efficient when it comes to serving. The staff are generally pleasant and are quite friendly. Never had issue going there. Depending on who is in when you go, you can a have really good chat or bare min interaction.
My friends love this place, it has a great and long standing reputation in the community.

I ordered some chicken for a gathering I was having. The order was supposed to be ready for 1pm, I got there at 3pm and still had to wait as my order wasn't ready, which meant I still had to wait. Everyone enjoyed the food, just just need to brush up on their timings for orders.
Food is great but the attitude and rudeness of the woman who’s in charge stinks. She has a small business but doesn’t use any pleasantries, or have any basic understanding of manners or posses any customer service skills whatsoever. It amazes me that some small businesses act like they’re doing us a favour. I’d rather go and spend my money in Morley’s next time.
