Awful services. The man fixed the fuel pump, which wasn’t a problem in a first place, he just was supposed to change the battery. The car started having problems in two days of “fixing” it. I changed the battery with other company and the car is working just fine. I wanted him to refund the money, he was very rude to me, wouldn’t own up to the mistake he made, yelled at me, shut the door in front of me and didn’t return the money. That sort of behaviour you’d expect from a nursery child, not from a grown man. Wouldn’t ever recommend this service. Costumer service skills are very poor with a very arrogant attitude.
When I tell you Robert has literally helped me so much, could not thank him enough. From fixing my car every time, good prices, quick fix time & just overall trust him so much with my car.
Went in for a service last month, and now there’s a major problem with the car. My new mechanic said that this should have been picked up in my MOT. These guys are cutting corners - be warned!
Absolutely fantastic service, I called Saturday morning needing a service on my BMW and he fitted me in on the same day and managed to get everything done on the same day, my car feels and drives much better and the price was very reasonable aswell. I'll be telling everyone who needs their car sorted to go here, great customer service aswell. No complaints from me whatsoever. Thanks very much for your help ????
I’ve been taking my car to Roberto for 5 years now and he always does a great job…I’m not sure whether his garage is closed for good as I’ve been up there the last few days and it’s been shut….
Robert’s a total star, looked after our family and friends cars for years, always comes up trumps, cannot recommend enough ????
I do my Mot, servicing and repairs here they are super helpful everytime and get the job done correctly without any issues.
