Usually fab and personable service, however after deciding to have a small 'double-check' of a reported problem due to being told that this would be a negligible cost (£10-15) and take 30mins. tops, I was surprised and disappointed with an invoice for £84 (which was because things took longer than expected (90mins.)) with no definitive fix. Had I known beforehand, I probably would've left it be.
Roger Old Auto's were fantastic. We were in Cornwall on holiday with our 3 children when our car broke down. The AA couldn't fix it, so towed us to Roger Old Auto's. They were extremely kind and helpful. They knew we only had two days left of our holiday and they got the part ordered and car fixed the next day for us. Superb service and very good price. I highly recommend this garage. Thank you so much.
Absolutely fantastic service, ALL of the staff have been so friendly, welcoming and helpful, came I on on the fly for a re- test, within minutes my car was on the ramps for its re-test, all round fantastic, highly reccomend

Incredible experience with the Roger Old team. Booked in for a service/MOT - a very reasonable price and a great job done.
As an addition, a minor mistake made by one of the team, this was instantly highlighted to me when it could have been hidden and rectified quickly. Very rare to experience that level of honesty and integrity these days.
