Absolute favourite place to eat in Cromer. We holiday here every year and often end up eating lunch here every day. Great views, fresh food, excellent service and great gluten-free options as well.
This place is a great find in cromer!! Very well presented huge portions of food. We ordered fish and chips, hog roast burger, chicken burger and a few soft drinks. Everyone loved their food, but we personally could do with a little bit more seasoning, and it would be bang on!!!
The staffs were very welcoming and location was gorgeous xx

Plenty of seats and tables with a traffic sea view.
Lift from promenade or from the top garden for those that have difficulty in climbing stairs.
Lovely fresh food, really enjoyed our lunch here. Friendly service.

Rocket House Cafe is a great place to go for a casual meal or snack. It has a good central location in Cromer, and a lovely sea view from the outdoor balcony seating area. There is also plenty of indoor space, so it's a good option for all weather conditions. However its starting to look a little tired and parts of the venue were showing a bit of wear and tear.
The cafe is dog-friendly, they are just not allowed on the sofas. The staff are very friendly and proactive ensuring tables are clean and the free drinking water is topped up. There is no table service, so you will need to order your food and drinks from the counter. While there was quite a qeue, it went reasonably fast and my order was taken in 10min. It did take 30min for our food to arrive.
The food and cakes were tasty, but nothing exceptional. There is also a nice selection of specials, which change regularly in addition to a varied standard menu.
A great place to eat with seaview. We always visit several times during our annual Cromer holiday. We love the breakfast, full english for himself and mackerel & eggs for me. The pulled pork bap and mackerel and tapenade wrap are also excellent. Good ingredients and sensible prices. The added bonus is our dog is welcome too.
Great location with amazing outside views of the sea and pier but a tad pricey. Service is excellent but £14.50 for a burger on a seaside cafe is too much (5 October 2023). Expensive as London prices.
