Ordered Takeaway. Was charged £67.00 for 3 main dishes, 2 rice, 5 nan and 10 popadoms. Menu attached to this google record would have that lot come in at £52.00. Called afterwards to discuss and didn't get anywhere. Was told that this restaraunt isn't actually the restaraunt that he runs and that his prices are different. (The sign above the shop and the phone number I called which is listed on the google record would beg to differ though)
I wouldn't necessarily have minded if the food was good. But it was bad, really bad. The Chicken Tikka Masala's sauce was mushy and grainy, The Prawn Bhuna Curry had a 1cm layer of grease and oil sitting on the top and the the sauce for the biryani (in a seperate pot, thank goodness) Well, let's just say I've seen more appetising things coming out of both ends of my dog.
1st time trying this restaraunt and I won't be returning for a second.
Fantastic service and tasty food - makes an amazing peshwari naan!
Food wasn't great. Butter chicken was actually a korma. Saag aloo was OK, but the potatoes had clearly been reheated as texture and taste was strange. We had a biryani dish which had no veg at all in it. Most if the food tasted like it had been reheated rather than cooked fresh.
3 mains, 1 plain rice, 1 plain nan and 1 side over 50 quid which is pricey imo. I would not recommend.
Got home and my pilau rice was missing. Didn't ring them to rectify it as I live too far away. Food was bland, like neon slop. No spice at all?! Naan's are dry. Chicken pakora swimming in grease. Food more expensive than stated on the website. Feel cheated out of £45 as I could make better myself.
Not an Indian restaurant in any shape or form. Food was horrendous, no spices no flavour at all, ordered a chicken bhuna got chicken in gravy, also a butter chicken and got a watered down korma at best. Probably the worst food experience ever.......
Very good food. Crispy, fresh pakora, excellent vegetarian dish and a tasty chicken tikka dish.
The service was excellent.
As regular visitors to many of the curry houses in the Glasgow area, it is up there with many of the best.
We are in Lossiemouth for the week, so may well return before we leave!
Although its the only curry house ( Bangladeshi!) in Lossiemouth, its worth a visit.
Got a take away meal. Waited only about 10 minutes. Staff are lovely and they agreed to make something for my wife that was not on the takeaway menu. We were a bit disappointed when we got home, however as all three meals were a bit too mild and bland. We could have done with more spice and the garlic naan was just a plain one. If we order again we'll ask for hotter.
We had a really good meal, some different dishes than your usual Indian that you get in the south. Friendly staff, a young guy on his own working front of house but did a great job . Didn't have to wait too long for service and our meal wasn't rushed either ????
