LIARS AND THIEVES. CAN'T BE TRUSTED.
Took my car in to have the brakes bled. Took them 5 hours apparently, and I got the car back exactly the same as I took it in. Took it to another mechanic and sorted in 45 mins with the brakes solid as a rock.
Confronted the owner of Robinsons and he got irate with me and refused a refund.
Avoid the headache and go for a reliable garage - this isn't the one.
Got my car checked for the first time due to some emergency light. Got it checked and change and Had to pay such a high price only to find out the wirings got damaged and emergency light was still on. He was just trying to turn off the emergency light through diagnostics. Called in to explain again as it was still on and for someone to just say “so? So?” Unprofessional.
I recommend this garage for your MOT. They are fair, do everything 100%, never cut corners! And as they say.. "its not about the money at all! Its all about people's safety!! X well said x

Garage was recommended to me by a friend. Very reliable service. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced and good quality work. Trustworthy diagnostics too, went in expecting a replacement oxygen sensor, diagnosed as just a cable which had come loose, reattached and on my way. Could have easily charged me for a new sensor but they didn't. That has gained my trust and will definitely return for any work on my car!
Amazing garage, never try rip me off, they tell me exactly what's wrong with the car and nothing else... Had a radiator repaired after a collision and that was very fairly priced, MOT was quick and fair...
