Due to bad past experience I am very anxious about fillings ect, the dentist was fantastic she explained everything keep asking if I was ok, amazing service… well worth the 45min drive I have to make for appointments
I've had some bad experiences over the years, but today I've had my first treatment at Robinsins and for the first time in 50 years I can honestly say I will not be scared to go to the dentist again , thank you so much to everyone at Robinsons ????
i was accepted at this practice about one year ago and have always been extremely anxious . A friend of mine recommended Anna who i was fortunate to have caring for me .She is focused , meticulous and very gentle . I am so very relieved to have such a brilliant Dentist .... the reception staff are also very nice and accommodating
We've been at Thorne Rd as a family for over 4 years with not a great start upstairs however after being moved to Anna downstairs we have no complaints at all, she is a fantastic dentist understands anxious patients and talks through everything. Her dental nurse is lovely too. Highly recommended.
I have used this practice for a long time and originally joined as a teenager. Today I called up to ask to rearrange my appointment due to the surge in Covid. My dad has cancer and we’re meeting them for new year, so thought it might not be the best decision to keep the appointment just in case. I was told by the receptionist that Covid is not going away and that I was unable to re book but should call back in 6 weeks to see what the situation is. I said I’d rather book now as it takes up to 8 weeks to even get an appointment here. The receptionist refused.
I won’t be going back there again.
I haven't been to a dentist in about 6/7 years out of 1) pure laziness and 2) I've had bad experiences that have left me nervous of them. I finally had to go due to severe pain, and I saw Mrs Darshane who was incredibly professional, polite and friendly towards me. She tried her best to save my tooth but in the end it was taken out (my own choice over going private for specialised tools the NHS don't have). At my first appointment with her I made her aware I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and she just couldn't of done anything more for me. She talked me through EVERYTHING and comforted me whe never she could tell I was panicking. She often paused to check I was okay and reminded me at the end of every appointment that I had been brave and done well with the procedures. All the staff here are polite and helpful. I honestly couldn't ask anymore of a dentist surgery. I highly recommend this practice to nervous patients, and they have restored my faith in dentists. I'll keep on top of my 6 month check ups now!
My son needed braces about 3 years ago, he had xrays and we heard nothing. We have since moved and now think it will be too late to get braces while he is young all because the lack or effort and chasing up from this dentist.
I’ve been coming to this practice over 15 years now.Absolutely brilliant staff helping you with any teeth problems making sure you get seen and sorted asap.I’m 100% happy patient as Anna is the best at her job.
