Stop with the slack on this place. I could not possibly imagine Nidal Zakzouk being a bad guy! He has only been nice and friendly with me. Would recommend this place.
Went in to the place with toothache and left with even worse toothache. The dentist was so rude, unhelpful and definitely was not qualified. The only option he seems to give people is pulling their tooth out. The best thing that he said to me the entire appointment was that i was no longer going to be apart of this dentist anymore, and i was going to have to find a new one, becuase i hadnt been there for a while. After that appointment, i wouldnt be back anyway.
What a hostile rude and aggressive dentist. I feel sorry for the staff who work with him. If it wasn't for the difficulty in getting to see a dentist just now I.m sure he wouldn't have any patients. If you are lucky enough to get into another dentist then do it. I've been on the waiting lost for several months and was over the moon to be give n an appointment but will not be returning.
The worse experience ever!! Went here in pain with my teeth and got told to go away and use mouth wash for two weeks as there was nothing wrong with my teeth from an X-ray he took 7 months ago!!! Very very rude and very unprofessional!! I asked a simple question and he got very aggressive!! I paid private at another dentist and they actually found the problem with my teeth. I will never use this dentist again, I’ve never been treated so poorly and made to feel so uncomfortable in my life!! Stay away from this place!!
If you think of going there cause there's a bit more good opinions that bad ones, DON'T, because that was my mistake. Incredibly rude from the start, made me feel uncomfortable. Saw my teeth and said there's no problem there, then began poking around and said he could do two fillings, when I asked for just one cause I started doubting the professionalism of the 'doctor' , he replied very rudely 'I'm the doctor so I decide, either two or none'.
Absolutely horrific dentist. Aggressive, rude, thoroughly unprofessional. Absolutely terrified my 3 year old who had never been to a dentist before. I doubt I will be able to get him to go to one again. Horrible, horrible man. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS AWFUL EXCUSE OF A MAN. Was told they only have one dentist - Nidal Zakzouk. He should be struck off. I’d rather pull my own teeth out than see him.
First time i was treated by this dentist today. I thought he was excellent. Explained all he was doing, advised me on future treatment, and took a back tooth out with no pain whatsoever. The young assistant working with him was friendly n jolly. Well done both of you for makin me feel at ease.
This dentist refused my relative antibiotics for an dental abcess told them they would lose the tooth and all this over the phone as they wouldn't offer an appointment. This despite them having paid band 3 charges but not treating the issues and stating wait until october. Update after 2 months the tooth he refused to treat has now broken leaving my relative in agony out of pocket. Avoid this dentist would give them a minus score
