Shocking service very rude don't care about your mental health at all they care about is money which is what they got £1300 even though i was on legal aid and when questioned it was told your lucky we did not charge more than we did never again will I deal with them Peter was like telling me sell sell sell the house never thought about me what I was going through the only person who was nice to deal with was Chris was really helpful even though peter who did not want to speak to me and left it to Chris Disgusting how they treated me I can now see it there all the same !!!!!
A truly dreadful service. They are rude, incompetent and difficult to communicate with. They acted in the administration of an estate of which we were a beneficiary and everything took forever. Margaret Wyse never replied to emails or calls. It took a threat to refer them to the Ombudsman to get a response from Mr Robertson who promised to handle the matter personally and who was not heard from again.
It's also worth noting that a Frasier Napier works for the firm - I wonder if it's the same Fraser Napier who gave the 5 star review. I would have given no stars if that were possible.

No communication, don't answer the phone, don't reply to emails, flipant attitude of "receptionist".
