Failed my car MOT on a bulb that was working????. Don't take cards so had to go home get card to get money out.

You can totally trust this garage, being taking my cars there for years. Very friendly and honest.
Going in as a female, I felt welcomed and I was not ripped off. They were honest and got me the best deal they could on the parts needed. Lovely family feel. A refreshing change from so many others. Highly recommended.

Not good service at all. Felted insulted and ripped off. Wanted to get work done on car and said this before MOT as has engine light on. Turns out that wasn't their understanding as just failed the car's MOT and charged me for the pleasure. I know the car wouldn't pass an MOT as is that's why I've booked the car into the garage. I said I wanted the work done and they said couldn't book the car in until next week which will be after the MOT expires. Were very rude throughout or just bare minimum service nothing helpful or anything that would have pointed me in a direction to get the car's issues rectified. Gave the impression just want to be paid for the easy work of a pointless MOT certificate that I will need to get twice in any case. I now also worry that I won't have time to get the car booked in. because they don't take card I've had to traipse over to a cash point to make payment for pointless certificate. Used to be a great garage but suspect to busy now.
Honest garage and great value. Very popular so booking essential. Quite often a long waiting list.
