Been using Riverside for a couple of years, great bunch of lads, it's a family run business which really shows on how they deal with you. Always go the extra mile which is really appreciated. Would highly recommend to anyone reading this.
Took my car to Riverside to get a set of new spark plugs and a new ignition coil fitted. Been messed about by other garages but the service here was second to none. Dropped my car off around half 12 on a Saturday, parts were ordered by the guys here and the car was done by 3. Matched my best quote from another garage and the service was very professional. Would highly recommend.

I've used this garage for my oil changes and not had a problem until recently.
I booked my mercedes A class A160 Blue efficiency in to get looked at as the belt was whining.
I knew it was the tensioner.
The owner and his son had the car all day and rang me back and said its the tensioner and that the engine and gearbox have to come out to change it and it would cost over £1000.
I took it to a mercedes specialist in york who did it for £480 and all they did was take the subframe of and lowered the rear of the engine down a Bit to get it done.
Also the owner of riverside garage dropped me of at my place in my car and wanted over a speed bump at over 10 mph and knacked my front shock absorber in.
They was also using my car as a run around as I found two recfrom some of there suppliers who they had been to and paid there accounts.
