I turned up without an appointment needing rear bulb replacing - and I couldn't manage to remove lens etc. Garage man stopped what he was doing, quickly got the lens off, replaced 2 bulbs, checked they were working, assured me I didn't need more - and charged me practically nothing! Brilliant service.

Our Nissan entered "limp mode" not far from the this garage. Although they were busy, Dave managed to have a quick a look and diagnose the problem. They recommended us somewhere else that may have the required part, but it turns that place didn't. We ordered the part from Amazon and Dave then took the time to fit it, reset the car, do some more troubleshooting, and get everything sorted. All very good service at a very reasonable fee.
The owner was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We popped a tyre, we pulled in the garage without calling, and he had a new tyre ordered and put back on our car in two hours. While we waited he recommended a place to get coffee and a playground for my son to play at.With in walking distance. He was a life saver for our trip.
After having a tire deflate on scafell pike they were able to fit us in immediately and fix our problem in 20 minutes so we could finish the 3 peaks on time.
My wife and I were on a road trip in our motorhome heading down from Scotland. We needed our brake pads checked as they had taken a fair old battering over the last few weeks! I phoned riverside garage and asked if they could take a look at the pads. They could not have been more helpful! They asked me to run the vehicle in the following morning. The pads were checked and clearly needed changing. I was so relieved to hear that they would do it that very morning. The parts were ordered and the job was completed quickly. The service was excellent and they could not have been more friendly and accommodating! I would fully recommend them.
The Riverside garage went and above and beyond normal service that one would expect. David was able to timely repair our deformed wheel on a bank holiday weekend. Now that's service! 100% recommend.
