Breathtaking view, stunning location in the middle of the Toscan country side. This place is definitely worth it for couples. Breakfast is complete and very tasty. Aperol at the bar are delicious. Just don't expect much from the restaurant. Will come back
The location is simply spectacular, hard to find better, just look at the pics.
Rooms are great, modern and clean. Beds are in my view a bit rough (hard) but subject to taste. Whole residence incl pool area is also great. Very quiet and secluded.
However it is a b&b no more or less. It is maketed as a hotel and the rooms are equiped as a hotel room should be (no pentry or fridge etc.). This is however requirering good attentiveness by staff (i.e to order drinks and food) and a good restaurant that can service guests all day and into the evening. This was proven not to work very well in my view. Restaurant was often closed and it took us quite a while to find anyone to get is a bottle of water (happened several times). When the restaurant was open, the food was not very good and expensive.
The WIFI only works around the pool area and main building and is slow (its also one of those solutions where you have to log on with user and admin EVERY time you are thrown out of the network). In the rooms WIFI is non existent.
BUT if you are looking for a great b&b you should go here (dont expect hotel type of service). Although for a b&b its very expensive.
Un petit coin de paradis au calme avec une vue extraordinaire. Idéal pour un séjour reposant et ou escape en amoureux.
Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
