Nice little coffee shop. Great menu selection and friendly service. This may have changed hands I got the meatball panini again and it didn’t taste as nice as previously. The bread was nice but the sauce on the panini didn’t taste of a lot. The beef sandwich we had was tastier but not exceptional.
We had a lovely Italian lunch at Riquelmes which is now under new ownership. Excellent food, which was freshly cooked great service and good portion sizes. Well worth a visit.
Saturday morning for breakfast is quite busy as you might expect. This is because it's a quality breakfast. I have a cappuccino with mine all included in the price which is very reasonable. Very friendly staff who all cater for your needs...
Ordered the Mexican panini, waited 10mins nobody else in, when I opened it 5 mins after receiving it, the bread and filling was clap cold. So basically a sandwich and paid extra £1 to have it toasted, or not in this case. Filling was tasty just a shame it wasn't warm.
It’s a beatiful place and delicious food, thank you so much for you special servís,I hope to come soon.
Our first visit HR definitely won't be our last! Food was lovely. Service: friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere: relaxed (was loving the 80s background soundtrack to our breakfast). Also got some amazing pastries to take home for later. Definitely need more visits to work through the rest of the menu. ????
Frozen hash brown, when returned literally tasted more like fried bread than an hash brown and I had two to start with and only 1 came back!
Stone cold tomato’s, tasted like they were poured on the plate from the tin.
Uncooked black pudding.
Didn’t no what bread and butter was, when I finally described what I mean I got a slab of bread and it was not fresh.
Coffee was made with lava, 30mins have gone by and it’s still scorching hot, asked for a takeaway cup. Only offering sweeter, no sugar on any of the tables. Have to help yourself to salt pepper and sauces. Which mean you have to hover over someone else’s table.
Starting to realise why I moved away from this area. Could go more wrong with a simple breakfast and coffee. Starting understand why it’s so cheap.
Never again!
What a little gem! We went in a couple weeks ago as the only place open on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised at the great range of food and cakes, decent coffee and seriously low prices of everything. There's a small outdoor seating area and a staff member popped an umbrella up for us for some shade. The staff are all super nice and service is quick too. Look forward to going back after the renovation
