Felt really taken care of with my visit today and to top it off the service was very swift in comparison to how it used to be. New owners are doing a great job ????????
Really pleased with the customer care. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately I can't give zero stars.
They never answer the phone, my partner was left waiting 30 mins to be told they're out of stock.
Some of the staff have forgotten they're dealing with humans.
All staff need to be taught how to communicate with people on all levels.
New owners have turned this completely around. I had great service this week.
