Not been into Ridgeways Chemist for some time - Went in last week and was very impressed. So well organized, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good to see well stocked shelves, easy to find what you're looking for. I've now changed to Ridgeways for mine and my husband's repeat prescriptions. Had a problem I was a bit embarrassed about and saw a young man called Chris. Saw me quickly, was very professional and was of great assistance to the issue which made me feel better regarding the situation.
Excellent service and lovely staff. I ordered my prescription via the NHS app in the morning and by late afternoon I had a text from the pharmacy to say it was ready to collect. Very impressed!
Lovely staff. Hayley is amazing, very conscientious. Great pharmacist. All staff knowledgeable, friendly and polite.
This used to be a happy, helpful place. Since Chris has gone, so the place has gone downhill. Crowded, queues and lack of stock. Whether that is because of vaccines and lack of g.p. access I don't know. I don't like going there anymore. It is still better than Milton Pharmacy.
