Such poor service.
My sons medication was ordered from Thursday they gave me half of it then said rest will be delivered next day.
Went back again on Sunday the staff don't have a clue what happened with the ordering system. It was an urgent order as I am going on holiday but staff are unanswerable Bilal was his name he tried to contact Raja his manager he said who is not answering his phone.
Not even apologetic or giving any alternatives.
Service has been extremely poor and is getting worse every time. Needs new management and investigation to why such poor service from its staff !!!!!
Shocking service and staff that will constantly lie to you. Went in on Monday with prescription was told to collect Tuesday, went in Tuesday was told they have had to order then medication in and it will be delivered to my house at 6Pm. Its now Saturday and still no delivery. Tried ringing them the phones busy or rings out. This has happened twice now, do yourself a favour and avoid this place it needs to be closed down a utter joke of a pharmacy! 0 stars from me!
Very poor service. Especially the delivery service. If you are paying for your own prescription, dont use this Pharmacy. I tried to phone and pay it but they said that they have not received the prescription, long behold the delivery driver comes and won’t give prescription unless its paid, The telephone always engaged. I will use the online repeat prescription but i will change Pharmacy. They are hopeless.
If I could put negative stars I would as 1 star is giving them far too much credit than deserved. Absolutely shocking service and complete lack of intelligence from staff. Ordered a repeat prescription and they ordered the wrong brand of medication. They ordered in the more expensive brand and told me it was up to me to go back to the doctors and get them to redo the prescription with the different name so they wouldn’t lose money and was refused my medication on these grounds!!! Complete incompetence and prescriptions also sit with them for days. It isn’t until you go in to collect that they order the medication for the next day. Ive never come across such a joke of an excuse for a pharmacy.
Unprofessional! Kash is soo rude and the way she speaks to other heathcare staff is absolutely disgusting, I just asked her a simple question and she started shouting over the phone being aggressive;throwing accusations. As a health care profession myself, this is utterly unacceptable, if I didnt stay calm this would have blown out of proportion; reason for this was because she was being defensive as i knew she had made a massive error and gave a pt a different strength but she didnt want me to mention this,which I didn't because I wanted to have calm professional conversation and get her side of the story as to why a patient was refused his medication, I asked a question so I can let the patient know the misunderstanding which had taken place by him and his pharmacy so it could be resolved but I wasstruggling to as kash was acting like a spoilt child shouting down the phone, not helping the situation. To be honest I didnt even mention the medication strength error that was made by her hoping she clocked on and will not do this in the future.
I was too upset to even speak after that and even ask anything else because she would interrupt me continously and, put words in my mouth. Very unprofessional I dont know who hired this kash person as a pharmacist. God knows if that is even her name or if she gave me a different name.
Amazing pharmacy branch. Lovely staff nice and friendly especially the tall one with black hair . Very helpful with what I needed and assisted me throughout my visit !
I used this pharmacy for approx 12 months but things didn't get any better. One of my medications was prescribed weekly, it was taking me 2 - 3 visits a week to collect it because it was NEVER it in stock. Thats nearly 12 visits a month. It was always someone else's fault, they never took any responsibility. I asked them to order a month's worth and hold it so that I didn't have to worry about being without it - which happened several times - but they never did. I've been going to A+ pharmacy next door for 3 months now and I haven't had ANY problems. I'll NEVER use Richmond Pharmacy again.
Day light Robbery !!!!!
Brought 2 packs of sanitary towels for £10 as of in need of emergency on sunday evening.They should usually cost £2 each . How can you justify this ??
