Worst garage ever.
I had used it before and it was good and looked to me a professional. But today my all opinion has changed. I have been given the worst customer service ever. Askedto get on the car oil pick up seal replace. Left in morning I got my car back a day later but he did not call me its been done. I just walked pass the garage and it was already on the street. I had trust this guy who works here. Shouldn’t do that. Paid £576 and my car got limped mode with vehicle service soon light on, no power, radio didn’t work, all sound didnt work in the car like ignition click, indicator etc. Few yards after I stopped and I called him after check oil level to told it looks like to me forgot oil to add or not enough. I am not a mechanic guy but good knowledge of cars and he had refused to help me and refused any cooperation. He said I am calling him a liar and nothing wrong with my car. Then I sent my wife to him to talk. I got to drive the car back, but I was wondering its could be something major issue. The mechanic guy forced me to drive back it because he didnt want to come and have a look the car like half mile away. Then finally he offered to me to fixing it, but before he said nothing wrong with the car ????. Then couple hours later like 3-4 hours he called me my car is ready to collect and its done also he told me he had check the car and all works fine. I took the key and drive away the car this time I had my whole family with me. I started to drive and feeled the clutch isnt the same as before. Few miles later I decided to turn back and give back to the mechanic guy it something not same as before. Then the car has stopped get into any gears traveling along 50 miles per hour on dual carriage way, then luckily was coming up a 30 miles limit and traffic light changed to red and I managed to stop and pull over, but half of my car was on the road. I called the police let them know, they said I am okay position the traffic can overtake me. I have been take my family away from the car and tried to get car recovery. I called the mechanic guy again to told him the car dont get into any gears. He said, he did not touch it and the car is good. Refused any help to giving me or get sorting he’s mistake or even offer car recovery. Anything he said it was only “Things happening and parts are can be get broken!”
He didnt put back parts correctly and this cost all the problems.
I wrote it and gave 1 star because first of all cannot be zero star and he was absolutely ignore everything what I said and he was acting like he is the best of the best.
He put me and my whole family in risk position with he’s mistakes and ignoring me and the problems. Also very very self focused like he is the best mechanical and can’t do mistakes. He did very badly this time. Who’s can be the next get service like this and what will be cost?
Cambelt changed eventually broke down. Another garage found the timing was out.
I did mention to them it was driving sluggish soon after belt change and they did offer to have a look to be fair.
Need van daily so was difficult to get to them without losing a days money for their mistake.
Needless to say i won't use again as well out of pocket.
Rude abrupt bad manners. Rip of merchant. Speak to customers with a serious bad attitude. Plenty of other garages in local area use another. Avoid like the plague. If I could leave 0 stars I would

Took my diesel vehicle here for work that a main agent had priced up and come up with a Walt Disney fee. Richard Palmer autos did me a great job at a fair price and very professionally on time. Four weeks on no issues whatsoever. Very good service.
This is the best garage I've had the pleasure to deal with I have a ford Orion and as you can imagine needs a lot of TLC the guys at the garage are always so lovely and unlike some other places they don't take the Micky that I have a old banger. I can't recommend this place enough! Alway fair prices and they explain things in normal people language when I'm confused (most the time). They get the work done fast, reasonable price and easy to talk to.
Always honest, very reasonably priced and have never experienced any problems with the work carried out.
Absolutely brilliant. Was in Great Yarmouth on holiday when my car broke down on my last day. Managed to get the car to them and with in a day they had it fixed. Brilliant service!! Thank you!
