The staff are always lovely and helpful, and their stock is great. However, be very careful if you have urgent prescriptions that need to be picked up before a weekend etc, as they frequently close long before their stated times. Today I went 15 minutes before their Saturday closing time of 1.pm and they were closed. I spent hours going through the process of getting an emergency prescription as it’s a long bank hol weekend. This has happened many times.
To the staff at R&C Chemists, please change your stated hours officially to the true opening hours, as patients are following the hours stated on google and RELY on you for their medication!
I have never known a pharmacy run as well as this place. They all go above and beyond to do the best service possible their customers. I've been coming here for years, even when I moved out of the area. They are all insanely kind, calm and ooze compassion. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough ????????
As a loyal customer for over 20 years I’m truly mortified by this service. In the last 3 months I have experience rude, judgemental and discriminatory encounters. The team demonstrate no customer service skills as you’re constantly waiting for them to find your prescription. Most of the time they tell you it’s not there only for you to have to make them check again in which they find it. The shocking behaviour continues when staff decide to speak amongst themselves in a different language bad mouth you. In which when you tell them they lie about it, I know this as they were unaware I understood their language. They also try to embarrass customers by shouting across the shop asking if they pay for their prescriptions. As someone who does pay for their prescriptions this did cause the embarrassment it has done for other customers who don’t. I can say the only staff member still working there who provides a good service is Maria.
Honestly such wonderful staff, from the Counter Staff to the Dispensers especially the Pharmacist, Veejay? Virgil? I forgotten his name but he adviced me that because I'm on alot of medication I'd get a PPC , he didn't have too but he did, and I deeply deeply appreciate that!! You're a very wonderful man!
The friendliest and most helpful of staff always going the extra mile. It seems nothing is too much trouble for them.
Amateur staff, went in for a prescription ended up waiting 20 minutes (I was the only customer they were attending), no advice was given as to why the waiting time, had to ask if I need to come back later, to which I got a response 'just a bit of time please', not a proper way to treat customers.
Great customer service and knowledge. Always happy to help the customers and have a friendly smile on their faces.
I've been using this pharmacist for a couple of years now. All the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I come and order my repeats through them as they are very efficient and dependable and also have given me advice about several different matters that have arisen. Best pharmacist in North London, I will miss them when I eventually move on.
