I have used RHautos for the last 4 years, they are an excellent company offering a professional and excellent service.
I work in Kidderminster and whenever I have an issue with my car, they collect and then drop off my car when fixed, usually the same day.
Their prices are good value.
I'd bought a second hand car from a Car Sales Room (supposedly no problems), after getting RHAutos to check it, Rich told me not to drive it as it was dangerous, he fixed it for me that week. I Find them totally trustworthy.
They have helped me out so much over the years that I cannot recommend Rich and Charlotte enough. An excellent team.
Called on a Tuesday needing help with something straightforward (if you know what you are doing!) but urgent to me. Advised could help me on the Wednesday and would fit me in around already booked jobs. Kept in touch throughout the day and completed the job quickly when arrived. More than fair price as well. Will use again and recommend very highly! Thank you very much!!
What a team these guys are, stepped up when others wouldn't! Great response time, good contact throughout, honest and very fairly priced. A real pleasure to deal with, will definately be my go to in the future and can't recommend highly enough.
Had a diagnostic done by Richard . Didn't go through with the warranty repair due to cost but he was very thorough and kindly collected and returned the vehicle.
This guy is amazing, I always feel he is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, brilliant and seems to bend over backwards to help people get the best service at the best price. I've called on his help a number of times for an MOT, problems with my tyres deflating and today to replace a headlight bulb that the guy at Halfords said was impossible without a big garage job to take the bumper off and would cost £100-£200, the garage they recommended said it would be £60 minimum so I went back to Richard, who came to me and fitted it instantly outside my house and charged me nothing! It's a minefield but I always feel I can trust Richard with my life! And definitely with my car! I'm so glad I've found him and recommend him to everyone!
Very impressed by the speedy response by Richard after contacting him regarding an issue with my car. I was just visiting Kidderminster and developed a problem with my corsa. After someone else letting me down, I called Richard, explained the situation and within 15 minutes he was attending my car to diagnose the fault. He was both every professional, friendly and after taking my car to his workshop, he replaced the faulty sensors and returned my car the same day. His wife, Charlotte kept me updated on the progress. I really cannot recommend him highly enough and will know who to contact, should ever require his services again. a well deserved 10/10
Great service all round, Charlotte is very helpful with arranging things and kept me up to date on things. Rich is a lovely bloke and really honest. Very impressed will definitely use again if the car needs it :)
Thanks to Richard and Charlotte for a great service in getting our son's car back on the road in a professional courteous and speedy manner. We were provided with a detailed written estimate which was then fully discussed . The work was then completed exactly as agreed with no hidden additional costs. The car was also cleaned and retuned to our son at his home.
