Tomamos un menú degustación exquisito. Muy equilibrado y pleno de sabores y texturas. Entrantes como el arroz de costillas y el taco de aguacate, principales como el bacalao con tinta de calamar, guisantes tiernos y crema de guisantes y el cochinillo deshuesado, o postres como la tarta de limón con helado son únicos. La terraza del restaurante es magnífica. El entorno en el Castell de Son Claret es único. Experiencia maravillosa.
Sencillamente espectacular, un restaurante idílico situado a los pies del Galatzo, comida mediterránea increíble y una carta de vinos espectacular. Una experiencia inolvidable.
Bonito y acogedor restaurante de cocina mediterránea ubicado en el interior del hotel. Abierto al público externo. Buen menú del día y buena carta a la noche. Acepta peticiones fuera de cartel y sugerencias por parte de los clientes. Magníficas vistas desde su terraza.

The location is a dream. The service on point and the food is amazing. We totally enjoyed our time there and are looking forward to the wedding in a few days.
I really enjoyed my meal at Olivera, the food, atmosphere, and service were all perfect for a high-end date night with my wife. The sommelier was especially nice and interesting to speak with, and the rack of lamb was one of the best I’ve had.
Some other reviewers commented on the prices, yes they’re high but at €32 the lamb didn’t seem “that bad”. What actually quite annoyed me was €9 for my small Coke Zero bottle… I can live with a €16 mojito, but I’ve never seen €9 for a Coke - seemed like poor form and almost led to a 4/5, but the rest was so good I stuck with 5/5 even though.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Schloss mit ein noch besseres Restaurant.
Eine tolle ,gemütliche Atmosphäre.
Essens technisch sehr lecker auch wenn das Essen eine sehr hohe Preis Kategorie hat. Dafür bekommt man einen super Service und leckeres Essen. ????
