Am Freitag etwa 14 Uhr. Sehr netter, kompetenter Kellner. Hat uns gut beraten und die Menüs waren fein. Preise moderat. Toller Platz hinter der Scheibe. Hier spürten wir, dass man als Gast (noch) willkommen ist, was man von anderen Restaurants nicht unbedingt sagen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder
Habe im Rest. einen Kaffee und ein Glas Wasser bestellt. Als ich bezahlen wollte, staunte ich nicht schlecht. Fr. 8.10 war auf der Rechnung. Fr.4.50 für den Kaffee und 3.80 Fr. für ein Glas Wasser. Eine wahre Abzocke ist das. Wie lange kann sich Zermatt solche Gauner- Gepflogenheiten noch erlauben? Sie schaden der Etikette ZERMATT enorm!
22 CHF für Tagesgericht inkl. Suppe. Maissuppe, Kroketten, Schweinesteak (wahrscheinlich Rücken) mit Käse Überbacken, dazu Bratensauce, Kroketten und Brokkoli. Hat verdammt gut geschmeckt. Service eigentlich 6 von 5 Sternen. Super Freundlich und auf Zack. FAST schon zu schnell. Preis Leistung verdient eigentlich auch 6 von 5 Sternen
Wir waren August 2017 mehrmals da, und kommen dort gerne hin. Es gibt hier auch öfter mal live Musik und es ist gut besucht. Im Oktober und November 2017 war es allerdings geschlossen und komplett leer geräumt. Unklar wann es wieder eröffnet wird.

It’s the most unpleasant bistro in my life. This is place where the staff doesn't care about the customer. Not one of the 4 meals was tasty. the soup is too salty. the fish consists of 80% batter. And only 20% - fish. the meat was spoiled, with a sour taste and a disgusting smell. It feels like they add a lot of salt to the food to hide the poor quality of it. the waiter behaved inappropriately. He screamed so loud, like his is insane.
on our promise to leave a bad review- manager say “leave it. I don’t care”
I don’t recommend this bistro if you don’t want to ruin the experience of Zermatt.
