Emir is an absolute gem. The best technician and mechanic out there. He fixes cars that not even main dealer can fix, after spending £2000 on diagnostics without fixing the car, I got recommended by a friend to take it to emir at reliance and he solved the problem within few days! Amazing man and his experience is outstanding. Definitely recommend
Went this morning to check if they could do my MOT ,but astonished nobody came in reception to see me even though the mot tester saw me going in whilst he was driving a car inside the Garage.waited approx 10 min then went to my Car and sat there for another 10 mins.
Really poor ,so don't know whats changed ,I've been going to this Garage for over 14 year's and was good when Martin was around .

I had booked an appointment in advance for MOT, they charged me just to fail the MOT, the standard procedure is to rectify the problem and fix it and then proceed with MOT. Also i get to hear is WE DIDNT HAVE TIME.
then why give me an appointment in the first place?
Was recommeded this garage after an RAC breakdown. I had a seized aircon pump that needed to be replaced. The garage wanted to diagnosed the problem which was fair enough. They went through all the options with me and allowed me to supply my own parts. Excellent friendly service, fairly priced and I'd be happy to recommend. Will be back.
Brilliant service. I wanted a second opinion on some work I'd been advised to get done. The mechanic tested the car, asked if he could drive it around a bit and gave an objective measure on the level of urgency for the work required. The service I received really put my mind at ease. Only gave four stars because I haven't had any real work done through Reliance. However, on first impressions, they were excellent.

Recommended by RAC. Abit apprehensive as not used by anyone I knew and being a woman its hard to know if your going to get trustworthy service! but I can't compliment Martin at the garage enough. Such a lovely lovely polite and helpful man! Made me feel at ease nor was I quoted ridiculous .. honest service! Highly recommend!
I was recommended to try this garage for my MOT after the last disastrous visit for an MOT locally. The staff were brilliant, I received a great service and they helped me with a minor advisory issue required to pass the MOT. I would highly recommended them and will definitely be bringing the other vehicle here in the future! I wish all garages were as good....
