We popped in to the Red Lion pub for a quick coffee stop, and it was absolutely lovely! We didn't eat there, but the food and service looked excellent. It's a lovely pub and definitely worth a visit.
Think we'll order some food on our next excursion to the Avebury stone circle and henge.
Great boozer we were landlord 79 to 85 still makes me happy to have a beer here

Typical English pub. Staff really friendly. Just the opening hours are a bit strange. Don't open until 4pm during the week ????
