A flap of plastic was hanging off the underside of my car, pulled loose by a fox. Red lion motors fixed it for me quickly and I was very happy with the price. Really nice guys. Would recommend. Thank you.
I booked an MOT on short notice. Once I arrived they asked if I wanted to wait, which I said I would, and plonked down on the (very comfy) leather sofa in their warm waiting area. I had my car back within an hour and left, not realising I forgot my water bottle behind. One of the staff did notice however and ran after me and caught me just as I was turning into the road. Very happy customer and will return for future MOT's etc.
Very good local MOT centre. Have been using them for nearly 10 years now. Absolutely nice people.
I've taken my cars here fir mot's for about the last 10 years.
They're really fast for repairs, and I don't ever feel they've ever done unnecessary work
Much cheaper than the main dealers and directly on a bus route so you don't need to get a lift or a loan car
Horrible customer service! We had a issue with our clutch on the car. The mechanic picked up the car from our home(in the same street as the garage, Red Lion Road) and the same day returned the car back onto our drive way and didn't even ring our door bell to say that the car is back , he just left the key on our front porch and walked away, we saw him through our front window so my husband had to run after him and ask him what the issue was. He did not give any explanation of what the problem was. Just said he is not going to fix it. Very rude and unhelpful. We have done all our MOT's here before but will never ever go to this garage again for anything.
I had a very bad experience as They failed my MOT because of the adjust light which really didn’t have a problem and they said I need to pay £60 to fix it but they didn’t have time same day,so asked me to come back the day after and when I went the day after they changed their words and asked for £100 to fix the light on top of the £50 which I’ve already paid for the MOT,I don’t recommend this place as they try to scam you.
Please avoid this garage some of this employees they don’t have a clue about this job ,they destroy my car .....don’t have time now to explain what was happening but please keep away from them!
EDIT FOR THE OWNER WHO REPLIED TO MY REVIEW: The photo was taking after two weeks when I done the full service on your garage,when I discover a lot of oil leaking and I have been to another garage and they let me stay next to
My car when they changed everything and showed me all the oil was leaking because your workers broke something there.
I have tried to stay next to my car when your workers done the job I wasn’t allowed that it’s against the law...
I don’t want to recommend your garage neither!

Fabulous garage! Second time I have been here for my MOT and both times they have been incredibly flexible and got to my car very quickly! This time my car had broken down on the day of the MOT so I couldn’t get it in, the mechanics drove to me, got my car working and took it to the garage. Fabulous service and I highly recommend. I will be a continued customer here!
