Had my radiator broken...the part was ordered and fittet in less than 30 minutes and less than 100£...was quoted 450 somewhere else..definetly will come back in the future..they do MOT as well

I called RCC garage because my car was leaking diesel. They were so calm on the phone and listened to the issue I had, I was told to bring the car in at 2pm and they were able to check the car while we wait and was shown what the problem was. They fixed the problem within 2 hrs! no more leaks. Price was what we expected. Thank you RCC my local garage i will be using from now on.

Good, honest services. I have used this Garage for the past 11 years and I have recommended friends and family to use. Parking is a challenge, so it's always better to make a telephone booking before turning up and they will tell you when to bring your car.

When my drive shaft went causing me to breakdown and the AA rescuing me who told me the problem I got a quote of £240 so went looking for a better price I was given £110 -£150 from this garage. So I got my car taken here.
I got a phone call after he checked it over I was told it needed a new pin and a new clip this would cost me £65 ok so go ahead and fix it. He did before I left it felt like it did just before it popped in Yorkshire I thought no it's me I've just being driving a 67 plate mokka x so thought it was just me I then decided I'll get the receipt and get the work checked pop it went i had done 4 miles after the repair I was livid I phoned the garage refused to give me a refund as he had worked on my car. I told him may be but you haven't fixed the problem that I told you was the issue after 5 arguments and me threatening to report him I was offered it to be fixed for a further £85 so a total of £150. Much to my dismay I took it back figured at least this way I'll get my receipt and I'll go to court if it brakes again. So this time he fitted a new drive shaft despite him telling me the part would be there by 1pm I was still waiting it didn't arrive till 4pm and I didn't get my car back till 6pm.
I wanted to test drive my own car before payment but he wouldn't let me he drove the car he said we always test drive our cars evidently not because if you did it would of snapped before I got it. He drove I payed
I'm 99% sure I won't use the garage again
New drive shaft and now So far so good...
I took my car for a service at RCC Auto and they were very lovely and polite, needed a service with an excellent price! I would definitely recommend you to come to RCC Auto as they are very experienced!
