Great service from Ray and Jake every time. Nothing too much trouble and always go the extra mile to get me back on the road. I always go to these guys first for whatever I need to keep my vehicle on the road; MOT and servicing, mechanical repairs, welding or just regular maintenance. Good prices too.

First time using this garage as they came recommended to me my mot was due and also had a problem with my steering spoke to a lovely young man on the phone told him i was working within a certain budget
Car was booked in they located the problem for the mot and the steering and quoted me what i consider to be a fair price
Work was done and i picked it up the following morning
All in all a great service
I shall certainly be using Ray's Autos from now on

Absolutely brilliant, from the moment I first called them they were fantastic, friendly, helpful and offered good advice! They got my car sorted quickly and resolved all the problems I had with my Jeep. Would recommend them to anyone.
What a fantastic bunch of friendly guys! A little insight into the situation I was dealt. So 2 months ago my steering rack started to fail on my car. Took it to 2 other garages and to no avail was seriously stuck. I took out a warranty with my car called auto protect. Using another garage started processing a claim to get the rack replaced. Turned out to be a massive waste of time because they refused to budge on sorting it out because they needed more evidence. The whole situation became a joke. After feeling like I was banging my head against a brick wall i told the auto protect warranty company to kindly F**k themselves.
Fast forward a little bit and my partner rang Ray's Auto Services up. Explained I had a set budget. Set a date and took my car down. Within a day and a half they had ordered the new rack, fitted it and tracked the steering and taken it for a test drive and nothing. No faults no problems just plain sailing!
My partner recommended Ray because she said he had been a family friend from years ago. She's said I cannot go wrong with this guy because over the years he has built himself from the ground up from nothing. He takes pride in his reputation and he is a humble genuine guy.
As I found out what a guy indeed! So friendly and nothing is too much trouble. You can see the blood sweat and tears that have gone into his business and that makes all the difference in my eyes.
Massive shout out to jake and Amy. Amy was lovely so polite and wonderful to speak to on the phone, unlike other businesses where they say oh I'll be in touch at a set time, these guys stick to their word and deliver.
Jake absolute character. Lovely to talk to and he tried a few things with my car on the diagnostic kit to see what the problem was. I told him a few issues and he knew what it straight away.
Left my car on the Tuesday afternoon was done by Thursday morning.
Cannot recommend these guys enough.
They also have a payment option to pay. So down-payment then pay the rest off over a few months. So if you are strapped and have a budget they will do everything in their power to help.

Booked my van in for a cambelt change, Ray (top bloke) also fixed my handbrake that I mentioned was not working properly and did a small weld repair. All done on the same day at a good fair price. Will take my vehicles to him from now on, I wouldn't bother go anywhere else if your looking for the best garage in Grimsby, this is definitely it, well done Ray and the team.
Absolutely amazing place , very friendly highly recommend. I phoned up with an air mass poblem, the lads on the same day did the diagnostic test on my van and resolved the problem within minutes top lads , bare in mind I've have 6 mobile mechanics come take my money but not 1 of them spotted the incorrect cheap airflow mass fitted it could of been a pricey job that these lads have saved me from being . I will be taking all my work to them in the future. Thanks again!!
