Visited here Today, the staff are fantastic. I had a wobble on my wheels at high speed and thought it was the front alignment, they could have have adjusted it and charged me but upon checking I was told the tracking is fine and that my problem was with the balancing, this was sorted out within 10 minutes with high tech machines, they even inspected my tie rods.
The car feels a lot better now. Would recommend this place to all, very friendly people.

One thing I would suggest is the update of the signage, as a couple letters are missing. However that did not impact the service. 5 star service.
Price is a bit expensive but they do their job quickly. Good customer service as well.

This place is quite expensive compare to other similar shops. The management should respect and be mindful for the other road users safety by not allowing the vehicles to be parked on clearly marked double yellow lines. This causes great deal of difficulties if your are trying to turn in from Ilford Lane.
I would strongly recommend to the redbridge council to take some actions & install a CCTV camera to stop people parking illegally.
Overpriced and tyres always End up getting punctured the next day.

Use only approved tyre shops.
I use this place because the staff are very helpful and the prices are good.It's quite tight getting into the tyre bay and road is usually difficult to park though.
