Recently popped into the premises of Rapid Tyre and MOT Centre, and I have to say was pleasantly surprised at the magnificent service.
Receptionist was very helping and knew the answers to my questions, after which the lady informed me they could attend to the vehicle the same day!
Excellent Service, Quality Assistance, Superb Work and Very Competitively Priced.
I will be highly recommending Rapid-Tyre to everyone I know in the future, and will be using them for any further works I will ever need on my vehicle.

Iv used this garage for years for my mots and occassionaly for work. There a little difficult to get on the phone when busy and can have a few weeks waiting list but once you get through they do get you booked it. Mots are fair. Work is good but can take them longer than initially stated so allow time if you leave the car with them.
Just look at the negative reviews, and it says it all.
No communication, wrong part ordered, and wasted day's with no result. So I went elsewhere.
Booked in for MOT. Started straight away, no issues. Does what it says on the tin. Can't complain.
We were towed to this garage on our way to our holiday destination by the AA, after a clutch failure. It was on a Friday evening during the Royal County Show and we were told that other garages would be fully booked.
The repair was finished by the following Wednesday. We noticed a troubling rattling sound from the clutch area and contacted the garage twice to query this. They did not respond.
On returning home, we had the car checked by our regular VW garage who found that one of the bolts used was incorrect, and would have caused damage.
We twice contacted the garage again, with no response. We had to go through the Small Claims Court to recover the cost of correcting the faulty repair.
Fantastic place!! Helped fix my back light in a emergency, which was a massive relief.
Broke down on the M5 on Friday and was rescued by the AA, who found my alternator had gone, awful news as just on our way to Cornwall for a weeks holiday, but Adam was great and I dropped the car off on the Sunday and had it back by the Monday, no other garage could fit me in, he kept me informed at all times on the progress and the price was fair, very grateful many thanks
I called the garage and asked for a price to supply and fit two new tyres for my car and asked if it could be done the following day, they said yes. My husband took the car to them at the agreed time and the tyres weren't there. They took my number and said they would call when the tyres arrived. Chased mid afternoon as I was expecting a call and the tyres were on their way I was told. Three days later I still haven't had a call and now I have gone elsewhere to someone who had tyres and was able to fit them same day. Don't bother with this lot, complete waste of time.
