Very bad customer service.
Spoke to them on Tuesday ,explained I have a problem with my Mercedes benz. I have been told they can check on Thursday morning if I go and see them ,I have to wait from 8.30am.
Today my husband got there 8.20am, and his been told ,unfortunately the car is not booked in ,they can't do anything ???? unhelpful liars .only I can wish karma will sorting out with some terrible return. Where is this terrible world going .
One member of staff here is very rude, he doesn’t have simple mannerisms and can’t speak to customers politely. Ruined my mood, although he got the job done, there is a way you speak and treat customers. Didn’t get his name but he has a Jamaican accent.
Big thanks to PJ for helping get my car started on Friday. These guys have helped me out so many times - fantastic service.
This place is VERY overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. They would try to do anything to bump the prices on you.

Very poor service, communication is terrible as they tell you the wrong information. They told me they are going to fix one part but they ordered and charged me for 4 parts. When i went to collect my car the invoice was wrong, tried charging me double on a part, make sure you have a full breakdown of work on the invoice. He had to do the invoice 3 times to get it right. Honestly from start to finish I had bad experience from them. To top it all off they scratched my car, a deep scratch. When I told them, they said we can check the cameras because it ain't them and when I said to check, he told me to come back when it's more quite but I was the only one in the shop. Honestly avoid ranics and HiQ (same owners and workers)
