Ramco is the best pharmacy I have come across in London. Very helpful staff who go out of their way to help, smiling and good humoured. They go out of their way to find medicines for you when there are shortages in the UK, and they offer constructive and most useful advice on many issues.
Seems they may have very few rather stroppy customers who leave very surprising - and totally inaccurate in my experience - comments!
Such a fantastic chemist I feel very lucky. Everyone who works there has been so kind with my elderly mother and go out of their way to deliver her medicines etc if I am unable to take them myself.
Nice pharmacy, nice people. I don't understand the negative comment below. Have been going here for over 10 years. They are vey nice, caring, competent. Will continue to go to Ramco. Update: Still using Ramco. They really care and go above and beyond.

I don't understand the negative comments. The male pharmacist is incredibly attentive, as is the female who works at the counter. The gentleman I usually interact with is also nothing but helpful. They are all very kind. I have however been sat there waiting for a prescription (no fault of pharmacy, but GP) and witnessed rude behaviour by customers so perhaps that accounts for some of these negative reviews...
Have been a customer for more than 20 years. Helpful and considerate staff. They phone when they say they will phone if there is a need to follow up a request.
My father and mother use this pharmacy and find the staff helpful and attentive. Go out of there way to see that their prescriptions are ready on time and phone them when they are ready to pick up.
One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been unlucky to go into, prices are the highest of the whole area, staff is rude. Avoid.
