Very pleasant guy . Friendly staff had a prblm fixed it there and then ; didn't say come back later. Told me exactly what is was no messing in and out in 30 min. Good price . Been to many garages before won't be going anywhere else. Thanks guy see

After breaking down en route from Portsmouth to Liverpool on a Saturday afternoon, our car was taken to RAK's. At every stage of the repair process Rak kept in touch, sourced parts and provided advice. As this was a challenging time, because we were negotiating repairs from Liverpool and trying to return to Portsmouth around our original time line, I was so grateful for the care and attention we received.
The repairs, which were quite extensive ( wheel bearings, hub and ABS system) were completed on time and we were able to return to Portsmouth as planned. I thoroughly recommend RAK to anyone wanting that personal touch.
Excellent service ???? had a few problems on the day and was sorted asap for my mot .
