Just had a delivery from the resteraunt, when I took a bite of spring roll and it tasted funny, when I smelt after it didnt smell right so I turned it over I have no idea what is on the bottom, maybe mould ???? have a look at the pic and see what you think yourselves. I called the resteraunt to warn them so they could check there other produce. They did offer to make me another one ???? then put the phone down when I had a moan ???? silly me for not being happy with disgusting food. Anyway I have given the food hygiene people the heads up in case i have liquid exiting every orrifice in a while and will be freezing said spring roll in case they want it. If you do go ahead and order please enjoy your food ????
Shocking service. Ordered via Deliveroo. Estimated time of delivery by 7.30. So at 745 I called to query, its on way. Called again at 8 and its on its way. Contacted Deliveroo for help and Rainbow called me to say they had tried to deliver and i wasnt in!! No I am here- despite having my postcode they went to a.road with same name. Then told me it was my fault for not leaving a phone number- till I pointed out that they had just called me!! After asking for a refund as it was now 830 and nearly 2hours after I ordered, a man came on phone and we went round in circles with him repeating it was my fault!! But they had my postcode and phone number.
After I was shouted at for asking for someones name so i had a point of call, I was told they would me cash to my house! Suddenly they know where I live?? I was concerned after his attitude on phone that it would be confrontational so glad theres CCTV
I was given cash by delivery driver at 850
Shocking service. I had to really keep asking for refund as he wanted to bring me food which would now be cold and inedible.
My advice is take your business elsewhere as Rainbow certainly do not appreciate tbeir customers and think its acceptable to shout at them!
DO NOT HAVE FOOD FROM HERE IVE HAVE ONE MOUTHFUL IN ITS IN THE BIN HAIR IN FOOD COLD CHIPS AND OLD RICE WITH BURNT PRAWN TOAST
Rice was one big lump of stodge and barely warm, the dish not much better, prawn toast was like rubber and the price was extortionate. Will never use this takeaway again
Photo doesn’t do it justice but I’m soooo fussy when it comes to food. But this Chinese was beautiful and really up to standard, chicken balls were cooked to perfection, service was amazing (my partner says they were lovely) so over all a 10/10 experience!
Don’t really leave reviews, but felt I need to let people know how bad this food was, it was the worst I’ve ever had, literally disgusting, uneatable, it’s a joke they even think people would eat that, I wouldn’t give it my dog, yuk sung was the texture and taste of what I could only describe as dog food, zero taste and even the lettuce was soggy, with a so called sweet and spicy shredded chicken which I cant even describe, just taste absolutely horrible, had a couple bites and put it in the bin, spoke to the guy on the phone he really didn’t think his food was bad that makes it even worse… it’s got 2.4 stars for a reason! Wish I seen that before I ordered!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Placed my order at 17:30 for an 20:15 delivery, that's over 2 and half hours they had to cook the food and get it sent to me and they still managed to be half hour late! Nothing amazing, avoid the chips
Went in to order on new years eve. The wait wasn't too bad considering they were extremely busy with orders. Food always nice and plenty of it☺️
