I have ordered several times before from here and food was always very nice. The person who answers the phone though does not listen when you make specific requests, i.e no peppers in a dish and has once given me the incorrect dish. As for manners, the last time I call to place an order, he was not listening and sounded like he had just woken up and it got to the point where I put the phone down and this takeaway has lost my custom for good for:
a. messing up my orders many times
b. Being ignorant
p.s. avoid ordering via just eat, they have not even got the decency to advise that sometimes they have no delivery driver - order accepted and an hour later rang to see where it was and I was told 'no driver'.
Shocking hence my review of 2 stars only

Very poor experience. Food was ordered at 6pm, Justeat said 6:50 for deliver. The restaurant pushed it back to 7:20... it turned up ah 8:05. Food was cold, bland and the curry was sweet. Tried for 45 mins to phone the restaurant, no answer. AVOID!!
Ordered a Sweet chicken curry as my lass doesn't do spicy... got the food home.. curry was spicy and not very sweet.. fried rice was cold and chips were reheated God knows How Many times... not a good experience..
Disappointed- food obviously cooked from frozen, meat ‘processed’ and veg limp and tasteless. Never again.
Just finished looking back at previous reviews- it’s obvious this place doesn’t give a *+**, nothing seems to have changed, they keep on turning out the same old rubbish. You should be ashamed.
We order good today the chips were very cold and looks like reheated chips and rices wasn't nice and curry was very coldi wont be order for a while from here
Great food ... But let down by never answer phone also openings tines need changing
It's handy but doesn't do Indians but at least it's some distance from Mrs Tea Leaf and Mr WobbleU and his amazingly empty testicular sac.
