So thankful for Racines! After I watched Earthlings and Forks over Knives, my life changed and I went vegan. But I love to travel and often it’s tricky to find healthy options. I was passing through Lausanne and looking for a vibrant plant-based meal, and voila ???? They have multiple quiche varieties (mine was Jerusalem artichoke & potato) buddha bowls, focaccia, sandwiches, tons of delicious little gluten free muffins, cakes,
Chocolates and raw options. Many gluten free options as well. Thank you Racines!
Un incontournable quand on vient a Lausanne, petit mais convivial et super accueillant. Et bien sûr la cuisine est vraiment délicieuse ( et 100% vegan ????????????)
