Had a tricky mechanical issue with my Nissan Qashqai. The team managed to solve the problem through hard work, experience, persistence and ingenuity. Well done to the whole team especially Zack and Brad. Reasonable charges were made, these charges would have been astronomical anywhere else. I will continue to recommend friends to try you guys first. Kept appointment time/date booking etc. There is a very good reason why these guys are so busy. Thank you - Great job!
Took my car in for a new fuel injector left with big hole in rear tyre. They paid for tyre but didn’t tell me before I left garage. Young lad ( who I think did it ) was a knob. Probably won’t use them again.
Been here for a few MOTs and didn’t have any issues, had a full service in March and seemingly everything was fine. I since then had to get my catalytic converter replaced at another garage in April, then had my car break down with an engine light, had to then get my ancillary belt replaced along with coil packs and spark plugs at another garage because at this point I don’t trust Mason’s to fix the job, all of this the other mechanic said should have been noticed when my service was done as the damage had clearly been going on for a lot longer. The fact these didn’t get picked up on is appalling, my service breakdown came back with no red flags popping up so whoever did my service did an awful job.
Have been here for many years now for MOTs. Very friendly team and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend
I went to Stratford from Chester for a work conference and I broke down. I took my car here at 8am the following day and the team was extremely helpful in accommodating my emergency and also getting my car sorted for me to make my way back home in the evening. All across, great service. Thank you so much, you deserve 10 stars!
