Well I was in two minds to go down and book some repairs, after reading about the customer service of one person .
But I give them the benefit of the doubt .
After my mate said they beeb going years and spot on.
So I went to book motorhome in for repairs .
I thought it was excellent customer service . The young lady came out of the office to attend to me. She was polite and showed courtesy towards me. Even though I didn't explain things correctly , she booked me in and explained the process .
All in all, brilliant customer service from mechanic to passing me onto office staff..
I Have had good experiences with the mechanics I know who work there. Getting past the absolutely disgusting customer service from the office workers is another matter entirely!
My parents have been using this garage since the 80s and never had a bad experience.
I've used the garage a number of times, staff are always polite and helpful.

When they've competed the work, they show you the old parts, explain what they've done and why. Offer good advice on after care.
Prices are competetive, but the most important thing to me is I trust I've paid for quality and professional work.
Needed a garage urgently to do my MOT. They fit me in on the same day. Excellent service, friendly mechanics and the lady running round organising them all was lovely too. Definitely would recommend and will be back.
Took my car in for an MOT I knew it would fail (fault light on), they couldn't fix it straight away (no availability) but when they could they took money off the already incredibly reasonable quote as the parts were cheaper than they expected. Seem to be a knowledgeable bunch who know what they're doing, Shaun was particularly helpful when checking in and out!
I trust these guys completely in the work they do and standard they work to. First time I used them was a few years ago when another garage had quoted me £750 - £800 repair bill, these were recommended so i went for a 2nd opinion and they fixed for £54, needless to say I have gone here ever since for all servicing, MOT's, repairs and fault diagnostics????????
