I got the cherry flapjack from their stall on castle street and it's honestly the best flapjack I have ever had. The person running the stall was absolutely lovely. I would have liked there to be nutritional info but I understand that it is sometimes difficult to provide.
Rude person who was managing the stall at the stamford market. I was looking to buy a cake but the person managing the stall took it out my hand and complained that there would be fingermarks on the plastic and procceded to put the packaged cake bakc on displayand didnt ask if i would like to purchase it. I went to Asker bakery instead and got wonderful service and it was cheaper than wilcox.
Lovely staff, very helpful and got some bargains with sale on produce. Cakes are absolutely amazing and fairly priced, I had a long rant about how I was in heaven with the staff the day I visited because if you appreciate good cake this is the place for you! So so lucky to have this on our doorstep, delivering across many locations for selected shops.
Great to see you at Wisbech market.Delishious tasty sponge just like home made, great you can buy half or a whole one. The pies are fabulous and their rolls. Give them a try you'll not be disappointed.
I purchased a 6 tray today from gainsborough market of cheese scones.they were very well presented. I was very disappointed when I got home to try one. They were a bit doughy in the middle very bland and no taste of cheese whatsoever.
All I can say is wow! I've bought a pack of Eccles cakes from a local store and thought lovely, I'll have a couple with a cuppa, well! They're the best I've ever tasted and I couldn't manage two,they're so packed with fruit and the pastry is beautiful, great product guys
I agree that the Bakewell slice is just sponge. I have been to Bakewell and had the real thing. I recall a crispy coconutty topping. I had to cook
the slice I purchased and serve it as a dessert with custard. Disappointed,
as the Almond tarts are wonderful but they are rather tightly wrapped in the cling film and oouze some of their filling.
Brought a apple and raspberry crumble and some shortbread from Melton Market
We were visiting for the day but this is by far the best crumble I have tasted.
Can't wait to visit the area again and purchase more of your fabulous products
