Had a noise in one of the wheels, reception managed to squeeze in an appointment on the same day and ended up being nothing to worry about.
Basically the problem was sorted and I wasn't charged for something that they considered to be nothing.
Truth is that it put my mind to rest and although they are not my regular mechanics I won't hesitate to use their services again.
Friendly staff and very helpful indeed.
I'd been a very long time customer of J&D Autos but sadly they closed so I needed to find a new garage to look after my car. My drivers side window got stuck down so I rang here and they managed to get my car in at very short notice and got my window back up again. Great service and Thankyou.
Brilliant customer services and quick solution to an awkward problem. Burst colling pipe. Then they ordered the part in the afternoon and by 4pm it was fixed! Would look to recommend these to others if asked.
