Bought a mini last week and both Mark and his wife offered a first class service. After viewing several cars in other areas that were nothing like the ads, I was fast losing faith. However, Mark was entirely honest, really helpful and genuinely put us at ease from the start. The car is just as described and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again!

Friendly and no hard sell just an honest family run business. They stayed open later for me to pick my new car up which me and my family love. Helped me out with an exchange of my old car and throughout was a smooth and pleasant experience.
If you need a new car I would recommend to have look at these guys.
Went to see a car at this place. Mark ( assuming that was who met me) was very helpful. The car I looked at was very good and he explained how the cars are sourced. I did not buy the car in the end as my wife decided she did not want to drive a manual transmission again . Would definitely recommend the dealer.
My Experience With Mark Quin Jarvis Cars Ltd.
Having found a Mini Cooper Diesel on AutoTrader being sold by M.Q.J Cars Ltd. I contacted them & negotiated £500 off the listing price. I then agreed to purchase the Mini, subject to viewing. I found the contact service was excellent & responsive with videos sent to me of the car (I was a distance buyer). I then arranged to collect the vehicle.I was assisted with directions to the garage.I was slightly disappointed that the company could not collect me from the train station, given the value of my purchase. They did state that only 1 person was working that day, so I used Uber. I arrived & viewed the car. There were a little more scratches than I anticipated, but otherwise it was in good condition. I was annoyed however that I had to pay car tax of £145 when the listing by them said it was free. This was an unexpected cost. The company blamed the government for changing the tax system, however they have responsibility if listing that. The friendly service changed when I raised this!!
Mark and Carmel are superb and so helpful! Offering good honest advice. No pushy sales - extremely hospitable and go above and beyond to help. Highly recommend to all who are thinking of buying a car.

Last Month Bought SEAT leon... from Mark. Very nice sales man... No push sale.. Price was very reasonable... Given test ride and all the details about the vehicle before buying... Oh yes last thing... don't forget to drink cappuccino on your way out.. (It was really good... Thanks Mark)...
I sent an email enquiry about a car this garage had listed for £8,995.00, making an offer of £8,000.00. As I did not receive a call back or email response I sent an email early Saturday morning with the same offer. I must have missed their call whilst in the shower but I had received a voicemail. Without doubt the rudest and most aggressive voicemail I have ever received in response to an enquiry/offer. The lady said, and I quote: "This is a message for Mr Edwards, Mr Edwards we have emailed you back!, stop emailing us!... we are not interested in your EIGHT GRAND!!! thank you, Goodbye!!" I must say I was a little taken back to have received such a voicemail. I couldn't believe had been addressed in this manner so I decided to call the lady back to state that firstly, I had not received an email or a call back from them previously and that the v/m I had just received from her was rude beyond belief. The lady in question came up with a number of excuses including "thinking my emails were spam", saying I had emailed them more than I had (twice), that she thought she had responded to my email (which she had not), and finally admitting that she was "offended" by my offer. She went on saying "and you want to part ex your car too!... I'm sorry but I’m offended" ??????? ....WOW!....?????? Trying not to lose my mind with a lady, I advised that I would have completely understood had I had received a professional and courteous response like "Dear Mr Edwards, thank you for your enquiry and offer but I am afraid that we are unable to meet this request and must respectfully decline", but there is no excuses for the response I received and the poor customer service. She continued to defend her behaviour and even said I shouldn't tell her how to do her job. I responded saying that if this is what you believe to be good customer service I feel I could teach you a few things. I ended the call at this point as I had already wasted enough time and energy on this rude individual. I would never deal with this garage in the future. Their website states they will not be beaten on price or service, safe to say that I do not agree.
