The fish was lovely. But the batter was too thick. It would be better to drain oil from fish before putting into trays. Also the chips were wrapped whilst fish was cooking. Consequently, soggy chips and soggy base of fish sat in pool of oil

Top quality food, I have been there twice on visiting the football ground over the road from here, superb value and a quality product, I recommend the Haddock and chip's

Delicious medium fish and chips, cooked fresh and by far the best chippy chips I've had in a long time.
When I went there a while ago the curry was absolutely disgusting chips tasted like leftover scraps from the day before and the fish cake was just a cheap heron bought fish cake not battered. However im seeing recent reviews are good so im wondering if they’ve changed management. Might take a visit last time I went there was about 2 year ago
