Im a carer tried to book an appointment for the patient i look after was on hold 66 minutes then i gave up went to surgery had to tell arrogant receptionist in front of thw whole waiting room what the problem was got a message told he can get an appointment with a pharmacist on a telephone call. This is disgusting if a pharmacist was needed id go to the chemist. Already started the process of changing surgeries. Receptionists are NOT coctors nor are pharmacists. This is why A& E is always overstretched
The conversations that the staff on reception have in earshot of the patients in the waiting area are utterly appalling. Whilst waiting for an appointment I overheard everything from 'why do we have so much lube in this drawer, someone's clearly been having a good time' to 'if a patient drops dead because they didn't follow something up thats not our fault'.
A 45 min wait to speak to a receptionist....if you are lucky. (Virtually impossible to get through) Frequently left without medication for my Asthma due to the inibility to make contact with the surgery. Yes I missed an Asthma review call but I wasn't left a message to reply directly and no attempt was made to call me back. This surgery needs urgent improvement.
Lack of health care for my 6 month old son, doesn’t seem to be bothered that he only weighs 11ib 12oz at this age and is constantly vomiting, they was supposed to be monitoring him weekly and we haven’t heard from them in weeks… will be looking at new doctors and highly advise to avoid
The midwife at this doctors is ridiculous! I’ve been checked for an infection and have been told I’m clear after a month on suffering, I have finally been told I do have an infection and have been waiting 2 weeks for a prescription I’ve been left to suffer and I am also pregnant I will be reporting them
I get a message to ring a.s.a.p for to book appointment the receptionist thinks she's a doctor all of a sudden and no appointments available well looks like moving doctors it's gone down hill fast this place think they need to book there ideas up fast before the surgery fails because they lost all there patients
Horrible, so much red tape just to speak to the most obnoxious receptionist ever. When did they seam to get a medical degree..... if they dont like your request to speak to someone who knows they just put phone down on you. cant speak to the doctors then when you do they dont listen and give you the wrong thing continously. Cant get appointments. Terrible
Please find other doctors. If I could give minus stars, I would.
My Dad had Diabetes for years as well as arthritis. He was in constant pain, despite what these doctors would give him. We also had no idea that being diabetic makes you more susceptible to fatty liver disease, which in turn, can lead to Liver Cancer.
The lockdowns would've been the perfect time to check on his Liver, but they never did. Useless as ever, they discovered the Liver Cancer way too late and now he's gone.
My Dad is dead because they did NOTHING!!
Not only that but we've complained several times and are still being ignored. Because of them, my best friend, my hero, my inspiration is gone.
