Repair to my car was done nicely and in a timely manner.A very well done service.Guys were great too .I am very happy and will definitely recommend it.
I had an issue with my BMW x1 front suspension which the garage changed the shock absorber and top mount which after I test drove it, I noticed there was still an issue so I had to take the car another time for the control arm and bearing to be replaced which fixed the issue for around 3 weeks, but then I started having noise from the same side of the suspension again. I kept taking it to the garage countless times after that as the owner couldn't figure out the issue. The owner ask me to bring it back when the noise gets worse and also because two of their mechanics are on holiday at the moment. When it got worse, I did book the car in and took it to the garage but the owner ask if I could come back later as he was very busy. My problem is, I've literally visited 12 times by now and I don't have the mental energy to keep going back. It's a massive inconvenience having to get my partner and my 1 year old to bring our other car to pick me up after I drop the car off and on one of the occasions the owner had forgot he told me to come so I had go away and come back another day.
I paid him bit under £800 so far as I had genuine BMW parts fitted with 1 year guarantee. The only reason I took it to this garage in the first place was because of the good reviews and because they specialise in German cars.
It is a very busy garage so I'm sure the owner does a good job for most of their customers and he is genuinely a very nice guy. It's a family run business. But unfortunately they weren't able to fix my suspension issue despite their best efforts.
Needed a battery fitting, the lovely receptionist sorted everything out for me very quickly and the efficiency and customer service from the entire garage was great! Amazing prices and quick availability! Defo my go to garage from now.

When it comes to talking they got good talk they’ll go out their way but in reality they couldn’t even balance my tyres properly aswell as charging over the top for budget discs and pads when anyone can go on euro parts and see prices
Very friendly service . Get my navara pick-up DPF acid clean with formula 1 n 2. Did a perfet job. Now my pickup truck is running sooo smooth. Tea coffee also available here as refreshment
Had my MOT done here.
There was a hole underneath the car from corrosion which needed properly welding but they said it was too close to the fuel lines. Rather than covering/lifting the fuel lines, they used fibre glass and told me that this would last and stop any future corrosion.
Been to 2 trusted garages since and both have said it should have been properly welded rather than bodged using fibre glass.
I will need to have it welded properly before the next MOT.
Very experienced and welcome team, visited the QAZI garage, and got an appointment same day, after be a round 2 weeks and visite five garages the couldn't replace my day light (BMW X6).
But Qazi auto did it in no time with very good price. Very satisfied
