Bought an Audi a3 a year ago. Waited a year for a review as had bad experiences with other dealers once I owned the car a few months and work was needed we found extra problems. I am happy to say this purchase has and still is fabulous. I spent a whirl shopping locally around Stoke and just missed out on a bargain s line ????
The price tag on this audi was a far better bargain though and the condition was and still is outstanding. Low price. Low mileage. Fabulous condition and still fabulous a year later I can't be any more happy with my purchase.
Just passed its first mot in my ownership with flying colours and no advisories too.
As for the experience of buying. The 2 guys I initially met were busy when I first arrived and were happy make time for me and give me the keys look over and take on a test drive. From what I had experienced test driving other audi a3's and checking condition I was sold.
The purchase was smooth and just had wait a few days so they could tidy it up. Just bit grubby from sitting there nothing major. MOT it and got my tax sorted so could instantly drive away legally ????
Had a good 6month guarantee that covered a fair bit and never had use it so can't comment too much on that.
Brilliant, friendly service. Just bought a lovely Vauxhall Corsa from these guys. So helpful! Got the car all ready and prepared (mot, oil change etc) for me to collect the next day. Really pleased with it. Thank you!!
Wow, this place was great , went in for a RAC car check . Made to feel really welcome, efficient work and great staff / owner. Will actively seek to use this garage for servicing even though it 20 miles from home. Made a great impression
Very personable mechanic, I can't remember his name though, still he seemed an honest man. He looked at my car on short notice and charged me a decent price. You can tell he actually cares about what he's doing and probably considers customer satisfactory. He KNOWS what he's doing when it comes to cars, which I can't say for a lot of mechanics, who create faults with your car just so they can have your money, especially the big garages who charge and arm and a leg for stupidness. I'm sure someone knows what I'm on about. In any case, YES I would RECOMMEND this garage.
I bought a 6 year old car here in April 2016. They provide very good, honest customer service, the car had been valleted and polished before the sale, and they fixed any small problems I had with it immediately, without any fuss. Being a smaller dealership enables these guys to look after their customers without compromise, and it's obvious to me why they have been in business for 30 years. I'll come here first for my next car and I highly recommend them to anyone buying a used car.
same experience wit me, me and my husband came to them shortly before xmas 2015, they were really nice and helpfull all the way. we got a vauxhall merivia 2010 and it s bee a brilliant experience one year after. i had my wind screen wiper replaced after a while and the guy didnt make any fuss about it, i will def use them if i need a second car in future but i pray to be able to afford a brand new same care next time.
Terrible experience and never again will I use or buy of them had I faulty clocks so couldn’t see speed or Speedo and they wanted us to pay £1000 to fix and we hadn’t even had car a week got AA do a full report and they said jeep was not roadworthy and dangerous it had so many issues and badly repairs and temp repairs so we rejected the vehicle and the finance company made them have jeep back and they had to refund the finance company terrible customer skills weren’t interested in sorting out the problems once you brought of them... this shows they are still a dodgy back street garage Wouldn’t give them 1 star
