Best KPortal Reviews

I recently visited pulse Pharmacy and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and ensure that I had a good understanding of my medications.
The pharmacist was also excellent. They took the time to review my prescriptions and provided me with important information about potential side effects and drug interactions. I felt confident in their expertise and trusted their advice.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Pulse Pharmacy. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for quality care and service.
Absolutely amazing staff. Went above and beyond the call of duty to procure a hard to find medication. Highly highly recommend.
I recently needed some advice about a minor skin issue. The member of staff who dealt with me was very knowledgeable & helpful. A very pleasant & positive experience for me.
Shocking behaviour from a female staff member today as a female customer tried to get some medication but she was very rude and the customer was clearly in pain and anxious after stating that she had major heart surgery only last week and was in a extreme pain. The female customer left the shop and the assistant ranted in front of all other customers which I thought was a unjustified and very unprofessional indeed. The poor young lady did not deserve to be treated like that especially when she was feeling so weak, ill and vulnerable. Very rude assistant and whoever is in charge should never have allowed their staff to rant off and bad mouth a previous customer when there were others in the shop waiting to be served. I was totally shocked with the unprofessionalism of it all. Never will I go back and will gladly travel further afield for any of my pharmaceutical requirements.
Terrible service. I attended Pulse to collect painkillers as I had realised I only had 1 painkiller left at 10am, so called my surgery and they said they'd put it through to the Dr that morning so I would get more in the afternoon, hence so not to miss a dose as I could take my last one at 12 and get more for my 4pm dose. I had emergency open heart surgery 9 days prior. The surgery called  me to say it had went to pulse  about 2.25 so I went to Pulse at 3.40  for my tablets. I was told to come back after 5. I politely explained to the female behind the desk that I had actually had major surgery 9 days previous and I needed to take the painkillers regularly to keep the pain manageable hence why the gp had rushed the prescription. She gave no empathy, no solution, in fact she was so hard faced she didn't  even flinch "you'll still need to come back after 5 was her response. I left totally deflated and upset (this was the first outing I had made and my sister in law was reluctant in letting me go but I insisted as I felt at least I was doing something to help . My sister in law who was waiting in the car went back in and fully explained on my behalf to be told the exact same thing. She came out disgusted at the lack of empathy for the situation. My sister in law even apologised by saying I know we should have been more aware the day before but explained given the trauma and pain that I was not fully functioning but as most people would understand being in pain and heavily reliant on such strong pain relief to get by I actually didn't realise I was on my last tablet untilthe morning. She refused to budge. My sister in law came back to the car and called another local pharmacy to enquire as to their wait time for it, then my sister in law went back to ask for the prescription to take it away, only to be told she couldn't do that either due to it being logged or whatever terminology she used. At that point my sister in law asked to speak to the owner and told him of my circumstances. She even reiterated again that although I should have been more aware and realised the day before to phone the surgery, could it be treated as an emergency as I'm in pain constantly and the regularity at least keeps the pain to a degree I can still cope. He reluctant agreed and said 10 mins. She said thank you very much and stood outside the door to wait, only to hear the full rant of the hard faced  counter assistant mouth off to the whole shop about the situation. She was ranting how could she take it to somewhere else but couldn't wait an hour and a half.?? Personally I don't think that's even a question for a rational, intelligent person. An hour an a half of waiting or 10 minutes. Try asking someone in extreme pain that question? I think it's completely obvious anyone would rather not wait an hour and a half longer than necessary for pain relief.
My sister in law went back into the shop as Nav had indicated by knocking on the window that it was now ready. She said she appreciated getting it done quicker only for Nav to say" I just want to say I felt pressured into doing that and  "I don't see what difference an hour an a half would have made?."  To which my sister in law replied well I don't know  Nav I've not had open heart surgery 9 days ago, maybe you have and can tell me if you had to wait an extra hour an half before being able to take that much needed pain relief if it would make a difference to you?? I'm guessing by his lack of  response he hasn't got an awareness on how important pain relief is on taking on the hour when you have had intense major surgery which I find absurd given his profession. His  response  "we will have to agree to disagree". Can I just say, neither my family member nor I was impolite or aggressive and quite the opposite thanked him before his inhumane response. I also wish to add that I myself work in a pharmacy in another authority as a trainee dispenser and the first thing I was taught was to be empathetic to every customer and go above and beyond to help, especially for customers in extenuating circumstances.
Received a terrible service. My pharmacy called through a prescription but missed one tablet. I was asked to call my doctor and get them to call them. They did. Stood outside for 20 minutes to be told they couldn't give me a consultation in the 45 mins left of the day for a simple contraception pill. Was sent away with no emergency prescription. Called my doctor again and they agreed this was strange. Called Bannermans 30 mins before they closed and they gave me a full packet without any hassle. They went above and beyond. Pulse Pharmacy did not! They did not give a service and were happy to leave me without an emergency prescription after leaving me standing for 20 minutes. Poor service.
Shocking. Misinformed (statement by the owner) by staff as to how their prescription pick up service works. When I went back to enquire about my prescription I was informed that I had to let the surgery know that I was using Pulse. At no point in my original enquiry was I told this. I said that it was a waste of time and walked out . I phoned the surgery to ask if my prescription was there and could pulse collect the prescription from them only to be told that they had phoned and didn't want me to use them. I could see their point if I was abusive to staff but that wasn't the case. I was unhappy with the service provided and rightly so Sadly I won't be using this pharmacy again which is a pity as it is local to me and I have used the pharmacy on many occasions without any problems . If they offer a service the staff should be clear on how it works. I have waited over a week and still don't have my medication thankfully I have some until I get the prescription.
Staff always very helpful, more especially the Pharmacists themselves, who, in my opinion, go above and beyond what I've experienced in any other pharmacy local or otherwise.
