I’d agree with other reviewers on here; very rude and condescending staff. Zero apology, and incredibly hard to work with, when I am the innocent party. Overall, left out of pocket, and the stress and inconvenience caused by their incompetent driver, cannot be underestimated. They paid as little as possible, as awkward as possible, an unempathetic the entire way. Even when it came to “settlement”, they sent the wrong amount (funnily enough, less than what was due), so had further chasing up to do. Shambolic. The fact they’re part of Stagecoach and deal with their claims, also creates complete bias towards themselves.
Like others it would be 0 stars if possible!! It took 4 months to finalise my case, emails were not answered, rude staff who put me on hold.
I was hit by a bus on the way to work which was bad enough, dealing with this insurance company was even worse!
This would be 0 stars if it were possible. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They repeatedly cut you off, refuse to answer basic questions and are incredibly combative and hostile for no reason. I've never come across anything like it. Their attitude is nothing short of appalling and falls well below common human decency let alone what you'd expect from customer service.
The actual length of the process and complete lack of communication through it is borderline criminal too. I was hit by a bus and 3 months later I'm still waiting to hear what's going on despite having sent all the required information at the time of the accident, including a signed hospital form.
The icing on top, no complaints process.
A lack of professionalism is one thing but a lack of common decency is another. Some members of the team should hang their heads in shame.
Stagecoach crashed into my car, driver tried blaming me (even though I was stationary at the time) and said he had cameras.
Conveniently, as its their fault they've asked me to provide further evidence, but coincidentally the camera footage they have is not available - presumably because it shows their driver hitting my car.
Joke of a company, where is the incentive for anyone to admit liability if you can just deny it and get away with it? Cons.
