Ordered part on Sat for Monday, was told to come at opening time to collect. Arrived and part wasn't there, till operator didn't apologise or accept responsibility for this saying "well it was ordered". Poor service, poor customer interaction, I'd definitely try somewhere else first.
Friendly, helpful service. Can order what they don't stock.
I prefer going here to the usual faceless supplier (begins with "H"), but not being open at all at the weekend means that option has been removed.

Brilliant, There has been a few times when I've needed a part in an
emergency:- a part to get me through an MOT or a retest, or the night before a holiday when the brakes bound on. Stuart always has the part, seems always in stock and on the shelve!? and at a good price.

Stuart's an absolute star, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble in helping with a alternator/power steering belt issue. Really appreciate having a local auto spares store with great, friendly and professional staff.
Absolutely amazing service. My Land Rover was in the garage and needed a new battery but the garage was out of stock. I called prospect auto spares and they quoted me a price and offered to deliver the battery to the garage, in the snow too. I will definitely use these guys again, credit to Trowbridge.
Always received excellent service from these guys. Usually got it in stock, helpful advice, pleasant people, good prices and straight as an arrow ????
