Just asked for a £7.00 car wash and he tried to charge me £9 not very good as you can see I don't like someone trying to rip me off
Went here as its in the town and we were approached by 2 kids and then a man 2mins later to decuss what I wanted which was a inside and outside valet and we agreed a price and told an hour but when we returned it was inside he said that our front tyre was soft which was weird the man tried to sell me a tyre but I went to tyre place i always used and he told me a wood screw was pushed into my tyre past the actual tread into the canvas which has raised my suspicion but cant prove it lucky the tyre was fixed. But overall when i looked over the car there was body panels missed Alloys still dirty, windows streaky and the vent covered in cleaner that when you put the blower on it blew back in your face only reason I'm giving it a 1 star is the smelly tree smells nice. I won't be back!
Paid 35 quid this morning for a valet for my van which I bought just the day before. Only needed the front section cleaning. Really poor service. Had to ask them to do it again as it just wasn't clean. Ran my finger along the dashboard and it was covered in dirt. You could do a better job yourself with some antibac wipes at less than half the price. It also looks as though the guy forgot to switch the hoover on when he vacuumed behind the seats. Needless to say, that's the first and last time I use this place.
Bit of perspective for you; I have a small hatchback, usual dirt and leaves and a bit of rubbish on the floors. Only wanted a mini valet- sign says £25, the guy tries to rip me off by charging £75, obviously I quickly declined ready to leave when he can suddenly dropped to £40 to which again I said no thanks, I then get “£30 is lowest I can go”. I said no for the sole purpose that he tried to rip me off in the first place considering their board sign clearly stated £25. Rude staff and over priced in my opinion. Will not be using again. Rather drive 45 miles to Edinburgh and get a decent valued car wash.
Saturday mid afternoon attempted to take my car in for a quick wash, the sign stipulated the price but the guy speaking in a foreign language with his friends, then tried to charge me triple the price.
I will never use this service and do not recommend anyone else too either.
I had a full valet and was not impressed. There were wet dirty hand marks left on my cream leather seats and the wheels were not cleaned thoroughly. Kept me waiting a long time while my car sat waiting to be finished. They need to do better to get my business again.
I am adding comments for clarity. This IS the correct place. It was a partial valet Inc interior clean etc. I was asked to wait and had coffee over the road at the mill cafe. It was a few weeks ago. I submitted the late review because I just had a first class valet elsewhere and it contrasted. Hope this helps.
took my car to the Pro Shine Hand Car Wash & Valeting Centre on Edinburgh Road Jedburgh today and I would like to highly recommend them.
The service was very efficient, the staff were lovely, polite, conscientious and friendly. The job done was excellent.

Been to many car washes but this one stands out the most out all. Had a wash and it really made my car shine which no other wash done. Then the following week I took my wife’s car for a full valet and Iv got to tell u how impressed I was. Absolutely amazing that we have pro-shine located in Jedburgh. Great staff and a very helpful and guided service indeed.
